When processing large files, Telegram might temporary block part of phone numbers. For files >500 contacts they will be automatically returned and user balance will be refilled. If less than 90% are blocked, or files over 500 contacts, you will receive a result file, and temporary banned file. Blocked part will be returned to the balance, and you’ll be proposed to start blocked numbers again. It will take up to 2 hours to unlock numbers and process the rest. As final, you’ll receive a merged results file - for a longer time, or a successfully checked + temporary banned files.
If your file is <200 phones, it will be placed in order until total amount of phones in queue not exceeds 200 numbers, or if 20 minutes passed since it was added. It usually takes minutes in working hours.
